LabelFixer is a personal project by UomoMacchina (Giangiacomo Guazzo). All rights relating to the name, brand, source code and site content are reserved unless otherwise stated.

Nature of the service

LabelFixer is a free tool provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The service is offered free of charge and may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

The service owner is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to:

• Errors in cropping, resizing or positioning labels
• Printing issues due to incompatibility with the user's printer
• Data loss or browser malfunctions
• Improper use of the service by the user

The user uses LabelFixer at their own risk. It is recommended to always check the result in the preview before printing.

Label content

LabelFixer is a graphic processing tool. It does not generate, modify or interpret the content of shipping labels. The user is solely responsible for the correctness, readability and compliance of the labels used.

Shipping labels are documents issued by the respective carriers and platforms (GLS, BRT, Royal Mail, InPost, DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, SDA, Hermes, Amazon Logistics, eBay, Vinted, Depop, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Wallapop, Leboncoin, etc.). LabelFixer is not affiliated with, sponsored by or associated with any of these entities.

Third-party trademarks

The names of carriers, e-commerce platforms and services mentioned on this site are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Their use on these pages is for descriptive and informational purposes only and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

Intellectual property

The source code, design, text and content of LabelFixer are protected by copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or modification of any part of the service is prohibited.

Applicable law

This disclaimer is governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of the service owner's place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
